I am running for State Assembly because California needs leaders who value honesty, integrity, and those committed to creating a better State.


I believe in creating a better California where everyone has equal access to high quality and affordable healthcare and excellent education. I believe California can be the forerunner for the Nation in developing renewable and sustainable energy, improving public safety, and taking care of our veterans who have served our great country.

The state government needs to reform how California develops the budget to ensure programs such as healthcare and education never have to face “across-the-board” cuts. Californians should not fear a reduction in services in a time when the economy declines. Answers exist and I am committed to working with California’s leadership in developing intelligent and realistic solutions. I believe it is necessary to establish relations across party lines to find common ground in developing a better California.

I am looking forward to working with the community in developing solutions that will benefit generations to come.
